Q: What does ‘for kids not collector’s mean’? 
A: Collectors generally want their boxes to be ‘Mint’ flawless without any sort of dents, crease, shelf wear or any kind of imperfection. That can be quite unrealistic and that’s why we label our products unsuitable for collectors. If buying for someone who is going to open the box to build it’ll be fine.

Q: How much does postage cost?
A: Please use the postage estimator with your postcode on the product page to see the cost and options.

Q: My LEGO set has arrived but some pieces are missing / broken. Can I return the product?
A: There is no need to return the product. Free replacement parts can be sent out to you via LEGO replacement parts service. Please call 1800-823-757 (24hrs Monday to Friday)

Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Payments can only be accepted online via the webstore. For your security we do not take payment information over the phone.

Q: I’m a collector, can you guarantee the box will be mint perfect?
A: If you are a collector, we strongly recommend buying from a physical shop to inspect. There’s no guarantee boxes will be mint. Sometimes, we don’t even receive the products in mint condition to begin with. The products we sell are for playing not collecting.

Q: How long does it take to get my order? 
A: Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days. Transit times depend on service and location. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days for most major cities and longer for rural or remote areas. Please note that the days do not include public holidays / weekends and are just estimates. Not a guarantee.
